Consultant with a natural interest in people development His professional experience of circa
15 years began in the banking sector where he served in 4 commercial banks in diverse
capacities.

Currently,as a Learning and Development consultant he is actively working with mid to large
scale organizations to provide requisite Talent Sourcing solutions, Learning and Talent
Development solutions, Career Business Advisory Services Outplacement solutions and
employee performance enhancement interventions Most of these client organizations fall
within the Financial, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, NGO, and Telecoms sectors.

Ikechukwu’s professional experience and exposure emerge from a combination of sources
such as ongoing professional conferences (local and international) in recent years ATD,
SHRM, CIPM,) Professional online communities ( CIPD, LDNI, Lynda, etc), working with
clients(foreign and local) in cross functional projects.

Ikechukwu Onunkwo is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management(SHRM),
Association for Talent Development ( Human Capital Institute ( a graduate of
Business Management and a holder of an MBA degree both from the University of Nigeria,
Nsukka HE is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
